I remember when we were little, Michael following me around and wanting me to play with him; I remember playing McDonald's drive-thru on our bikes in the driveway; I remember riding the waves on our Hawaiian Punch raft and building sand castles in Myrtle Beach; I remember kicking him and giving him bloody noses (yes, I was SO mean to him and I can't say sorry enough for that); I remember talking to him for hours on end about life's troubles and him patiently listening as I rambled; I remember getting into trouble and my parents spanking me and seeing Michael cry because he was so upset (I, on the other hand, was way too stubborn to cry most of the time); I remember just recently telling my teenage son that he better be nicer to his sisters because one day he's going to regret being mean and not having fun with them....I'm sorry for not recognizing while we were growing up that I had the BEST little brother in the whole world. He's such a good man, husband + father....Happy Birthday Michael! We love you.
Boise. We took the kids to Boise on a road trip. It was random, but still fun. These are the photos, thanks to Lauren. On our way home we had to stop at this awesome store, Smith + Edwards (you can read about it here
http://www.smithandedwards.com/ )....it had everything! The kids LOVED it! After we stocked up on our favorite candies, we went over to Michael + Bekah's, dropped off our girls for a sleep-over, and picked up Colton. We have so much fun when Colton comes, that boy is a HOOT. We sure do love him!
That's all for now. Love, Kim
